  • Yes, we collect your car after the accident (e.g. from home or office).

  • For example, a Toyota Corolla will be the equivalent of a Hyundai i30.

  • Due to safety we can't attend accident scenes, but we are just a call away from pointing you in the right direction.

  • No, using CrashCall should not affect your insurance policy. If you're involved in a not-at-fault accident, you have the right not to make a claim against your own policy.

  • A replacement vehicle will be provided until repairs to your vehicle are completed or you notify us it has been assessed as a total loss.

  • Being uninsured does not prevent you from receiving a replacement vehicle through CrashCall, as long as you weren't at fault for the accident.
